Kayla & Tyson's wedding

This is my beautiful "almost daughter" Kayla and her new
husband Tyson Cook.  So happy!
Ahhh!  They were so nice to each other when feeding the cake!

This is my beautiful friend Bliss and her hubby Robert.  They
are the proud parents of this gorgeous bride!  What a neat
day to be able to spend with our great friends and their family.
Kayla and Tyson were married in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple
in Salt Lake.  We're so happy for them!

Easter Table Runner

My sweet visiting teaching partner brought me this darling
table runner for Easter!  How cute is that!!

New Pictures!

I learned about this great company called Poppyseed Projects.
They offer classes where you can make your own Temple
picture or family picture.  I held a class the other night
and in LOVE with these pictures!  They turned out so great!

Princess Party

Today there was a Princess Party (another fundraiser for
Child Abuse Prevention Month).  My cute little Brooke came
and had so much fun with the princesses!  Brooke sitting with
Belle.
 Brooke listening to stories
She got her face painted by a princess!
My good friend Esterlee (who is the Director of the Child &
Family Support Center) is dressed up as Mrs. Potts the Teacup.
What a fun activity this was and there was great support
from the community!!

Child & Family Support Center Dinner/Auction

As I mentioned before, the month of April is Child Abuse
Prevention Month.  Greg and I have been involved in this for the
past 3 years and again enjoyed this dinner/auction.  As you an see it
was a Western Theme so we got to be Cowboys.  I thought Greg
made a really cute cowboy and I love the belt buckle!  I was busy all
night with the auction stuff so didn't get around to taking pictures of our
friends that sat with us at our table.  I'm grateful to be involved with such a
good cause!

The Tango

Brandon signed up for a ballroom dancing class this semester
at USU.  Breeann loves to Ballroom dance so I thought
this was a very sweet gesture.  Now they can go dancing.
For this class, they had a tango competition.  Everyone chose
their own costumes (as you can see Brandon and his partner
chose a "farmer" theme).  He did a great job and it was
fun to watch the competition!

Child Abuse Prevention Month Kick off Event

I decided this year to get more involved with a wonderful
community service.  The Child & Family Support Center offers
assistance to families through education, counseling, 24 hour
crisis nursery, and much more.  I have really enjoyed serving with
the "Circle of Friends" to help with their fundraising events.
The month of April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Each on these pinwheels represents 10 children who have received
some kind of benefit this year from the center.  There were over 5.000
children helped from our Valley.
Each pair of shoes on the steps of the County Courthouse
this morning represent a child from Cache County who was in
some way abused this last year.  The number of shoes on the
steps today were less than last year!  This means that they are
doing a great job of educating the community.
This is my good friend, Esterlee, who is the Director of this
great Center.  I'm honored to be able to volunteer and help out
with such a good cause!
This is just the first of many, many events that will take
place this month in our great community.

Breeann's birthday

Breeann on the "saddle" at Texas Roadhouse for her
birthday.  YeeeHaw!
 Cute couple!
Happy 22nd birthday Breeann!

LaCrosse Tournament - Salt Lake

This is Bryce's little posse of girls cheering him on!  It
was pretty funny.  I heard them talking about him so I told them I
was his mom.  After that I became pretty popular with them.  Hehe
Bryce in action (clobbering someone with his stick)
Close to the goal!  He really stepped his game up this
last game.  At the end of the game he was given the
award of MVP of the tournament!  We were very
proud of him!
