We have been spending LOTS of money lately on food. Part of the reason is I quit couponing. Another
problem is that food prices have skyrocketed. And yet another reason is I am trying to be gluten free
which is more expensive. So, Greg and I were discussing this and we decided to try and budget
$10 a day for all three meals for the three of us. I think that is possible...and I am putting it on my
blog because the last time it helped to report each month how I did. I am 8 days into the month and
have already spent $100 on groceries. Bummer. This month may be difficult. Another trial is that
Bryce and I are living in Bear Lake most days because of his summer job and Greg is at home. So I
have to make sure he has food at home also.
We are trying to plan a vacation to celebrate Bryce's graduation next May so we need to start
saving for it. This is one way to do that.
Bryce suggested we just eat alot of Ramen because that is about .10 a bag. Yuck. And its
definitely NOT gluten free. Sorry Bryce.
Its going to take a little planning on my part so I am not running to the grocery store several times
a week like I have been. Guess I better get busy!
Ready...Set....Go!
