Charlie the PICKLE!

Christa gave Charlie this coat for Christmas.  He looks

like a pickle....and he's so embarrassed.  Can't you see it in

his eyes?  Every time I try to put it on him he lays down to 

make it more difficult.  He's probably saying, "Please mom,

don't make me wear that in public, all the dogs will laugh at

me!"  

Diaper Cake

I made this diaper cake for my friend's baby shower.

Hidden throughout the cake are little items like socks,

bibs, bottles, and pacifiers.  And the sock monkey is

hanging onto the back of it.

Norma

I promised Norma a "spa" day.  I spent some time with her

yesterday pampering her.  I had planned on helping her 

with a bubble bath, but she wasn't in the mood.  So, I painted

her fingernails and curled her hair.  Doesn't she look nice?

I love my Grandma Norma!

Freezer Meals

 Here's the first half of the freezer meals we made.  I ended up making

13 meals for me and 13 for Breeann and Brandon.  Kristi made 8.  It

took us 4 hours.  Beef Fettuccini, Chicken Fettuccini, Spagetti sauce,

meat loaf, saucy chicken, honey lime chcken, chicken enchiladas, beef stroganoff, 

curried chicken, chicken noodle casserole, teriyaki chicken.  This will make

things a little easier for the next few weeks!

For anybody who knows my friend Kristi, you will know that

this is out of her element!  She says that her kids are lucky if

they get macaroni and cheese or hamburger helper.  Well, I think

they may not be satisfied with that after they taste these meals!  

I had to get a picture of Kristi because she was even wearing an

apron!
