We drove from Indio to Universal Studios, about 2 1/2 hours.
We were amazed to see this windmill farm, there were literally
thousands of windmills. It was a really neat sight!
It started pouring rain on our drive and rained for
most of the drive. We saw this beautiful rainbow
going across the entire road! Since we were planning to
spend the day at Universal Studios, the rain was kind of
unwelcome. When we left Indio the temperature was very
nice and we didn't even think to bring our jackets. (not smart)
We stopped at a Target on our way there and found some jackets and
umbrellas for all of us at a price of $149!!!!! YIKES! The good
thing was, by the time we arrived at Universal Studios the rain
had stopped so we were able to return the umbrellas for a refund of
almost $95!! Expensive umbrellas!

We took this picture for Brandon because he loves
baseball. We didn't really get to go to a Dodgers game.
