The boys had a fun time in Pocatello where they each played three games. Friday was a bit chilly, but not raining. Saturday was freezing cold and poured rain the whole time! They played hard and I am proud of them. LaCross is a really fun game to watch. It moves fast and is exciting. The boys love it because it gives them permission to hit people with sticks! Their whole lives they have been taught not to hit each other and now its ok. Good thing they have lots of pads on and a helmet because sometimes they get hit pretty hard. Bryce got slashed on the shin during the first game (which is not a legal hit, by the way, but the ref didn't see it) so I got to use my nursing skills to bandage him up.
