Bryce went golfing today and came across a baby bird that had fallen from its nest. He decided he wanted to try to save it and brought it home, made it a bed and has been taking care of it all night. It doesn't have its feathers yet and it kind of homely. But Bryce is very excited about it and hopes it will live. He even went online and looked up how to take care of it. It explained how to make baby bird food and how to feed it. He also found out that he needs to keep it warm and what temperature it needs to be. The bad thing is the little thing needs to be fed about every 45 minutes during the day and then should be able to go about 6 hours at night. So, guess who is going to need to take care of it while Bryce is at school? Bryce has been really cute about it and so excited, thinking that the little bird recognizes and responds to his voice already. He named it Beatrice.

That is so sweet that he rescued the bird. I hope it lives. Just make sure you don't show it to my mom!
