Food in Costa Rica

Making breakfast one morning.  Most of our meals we hired
private chefs to prepare and serve.  A few we did our own.
We only ate at a restaurant once and I wasn't too impressed.
These were our amazing chefs.  They would purchase the food
and bring it to our house, prepare it, serve it and clean up.
And it wasn't much more than if we had eaten at a restaurant.
It was more than it would have been if we had just gone
grocery shopping and cooked ourselves.  But once we had a few
that they had prepared for us we decided it was worth the extra $$ to
just have them cook for us.
 Yum!
Probably our most favorite of all the meals was the lobster
night.  (And the most expensive by far, but so worth it!)
Fresh fruit and fresh salsa.  Oh my!
Greg helping prepare the fresh mangoes.  And Cindy making
her famous salsa and guacamole.
Do you see what I mean??  These lobsters were huge and
so yummy!
Fish anyone?
